DISEASE RECOVERY
Dr. Bass may recommend a combination of different raw diets, blended salads, juice fasting, optional water fasting - and can include minor cooking if patients want a slower recovery.

JUICE FASTING
If you are already relatively healthy, you can utilize juice diets or "juice fasting" to achieve higher vitality & beauty & increased joy. Can be designed to include some days of water fasting. Note: For optimal result it is important to use the correct juices in correct amounts -- because with the wrong juices or wrong amounts there will be minimal health-benefits.

WEIGHT LOSS
The basic philosophy is a combination of low-carb & raw diet principles, and may include periods of water-fasting and juice-fasting, for optimal weight loss. (Note: extended water fasting alone will almost always lead to weight gain, after a temporary weight loss.)

SPIRITUAL FASTING & WATER FASTING
In spiritual fasting there are basic requirements for optimal results. E.g. when it comes to level of general toxicity (drugs taken etc.), vitality and deficiency, before the fast. A period of healthy eating may be required before any fast.
